How to get FREE traffic to your website - 2 High Converting Ads I Use That Are Now Yours

The other side of the story is I’m doing this with about 220
site views a day so it’s generated a REAL 4+ leads a day
even at this low level.

This is a free browser search bar tool that generates
exposure credits as you do what you normally do when you
just search the net. It just displays ads on your browser
within their network and for each ad displayed you get one
credit for your ad to display.

Not bad. You do what you normally do and you open a new
stream of traffic that I have found to be very highly
converting.

Here are the numbers I’ve seen.

The dynamics are different than Traffic Swarm as it
generally takes quite a few exposures for you to get a
click, but when you do it converts at a very high level.

For the ad that I am giving, the best of several tests I’ve
achieved a 0.23% click through rate, but once a person
clicks through to the site I’ve seen a get this . . . 21.4%
conversion rate to lead. Again this is for our team co-op
page found at www.comlev.com so results will vary slightly
when you use this for your SU lead capture page, but again I
doubt the variance will be all that high.

Guys we continue to grow steadily and are about to pass the

Would You Run A Marathon Without Gatorade?

A simple question right?

Of course not!

Second, would you try to put on 20lb of muscle by just
going to the gym and lifting hard?

No you gotta eat right too!

You’ve got to put fuel in the system to get the desired
result.

I don’t understand why so many people that get started in
network marketing and don’t realize this.

Typically it happens like this, and I probably see the
pattern more so than the average person, but a person joins
a new business initially fueled off the dream of creating
residual income. They see their dream vividly in their mind
and it excites them so they join.

They go to their sponsor and they say “What do I do first?”

There sponsor sends them of in one direction or another,
depending on the particular marketing system that team is
working with.

The new born networker gets moving in an all out sprint.

Their sponsor says call 10 people a day, they call 20.

Two weeks down the road they’ve called 240 people spent $300
and recruited no one. They go to their sponsor and say “Why
isn’t this working?”

The sponsor say “Just keep going and it will.”

The newbie almost exhausted gives it one last go and goes
into an exhaustive sprint. They say . . .

“I called 20 people a day last time and it didn’t work, I’m
gonna call 40 a day this time cuase that’s gotta do the
trick.”

And they set out and do it . . .

Two weeks later they come back to their sponsor after
calling another 480 people who probably were not that happy to
be called and spending another $500 and the newborn
networker has now taken on the negative demeanor of those
she called.

She provides proof of her work to her sponsor in a negative
tone and with a negative mindset as if to say “You lied to
me about all this.”

The sponsor says it’s just gonna take time, but you are
doing the right thing. Her immediate thought is “Yeah
right.” (But she doesn’t say it out loud.)

After the conversation she’s already quit mentally, but she
calls a few leads here and there for “good measure”. Then a
month later when nothing happens she quits and goes back to
the 9-5 world.

What happened?

Now you are probably thinking what happened is she wasn’t
taught to do the right things and for it she was not
prepared properly. I agree and disagree, because there is
one thing far more important that she missed.

She didn’t realize network marketing was a marathon. She
thought is was an all out sprint.

What happens when you try to sprint a marathon?

400 yards into it you gotta stop.

Not only do you have to stop, but if you do make it a little
further down the path and you don’t refuel yourself your
body is NOT going to let you keep going. It’s gonna shut
down.

So if you are going to run the network marketing marathon to
success you have to fuel yourself constantly if you’re gonna
make it to the finish line (If there was one.)

What do I mean by fuel?

What initially fuels you to success in your initial start
out of the gate is your mental vision of what your success
look and feel like.

Once you start getting some negativity down the road your
vision quickly gets blocked. But it’s that vision that fuels
you. Simply, if your vision goes then so does your hope for
any network marketing success.

You have to ensure that no matter how much negativity
you encounter (and you will) that it never smothers your
dream. You have to defend that dream with all your hearts
passion.

You defend your personal dream by reading and listening to
the stories of other people’s success. I guess personal
development is what they call it, but I call it defending
your dream. (That’s what so great about our membership in
Success University!)

In any game you must have both offense and defense to win.
You actions to grow your organization are your offensive
plays. Your defense is defending your dream - Ensuring it
remains intact at all cost.

And just like in any game there will be times when you are
on offense and times when you’re on defense. It’s in those
periods of defense that you need to be careful.

That’s when you need a good book with a good story of
success that you can realte to. That’s when you need to
listen to uplifting information like the course we all
get acccess to in our Success University membership. That’s
when you need to come back to emails like this one.

Because if you let your guard down no matter how much
offense you put out there THEY will steal your vision and
you WILL lose.

Don’t forget to drink your Gatorade you need your fuel!

I Want To Tell You A Story

I’ve been busy with something huge that is coming your way
which is soon to be announced. (The exact date I can’t give
you at this point, but if I had to guess the announcement
will be coming within the next two weeks.)

That aside I was relaxing today a little and thought about
something that I have to share - my story.

How it all started for me . . .

I graduated from College in 2002 with a BS in Pharmacology
from Duke University here in the US and about six months
later I had my first job which happened to be in
pharmaceutical sales. Man ohh man was I excited!

Independence at last! I was out there making money $44,000 a
year and I got my first apartment, I was on my own. It was a
great J.O.B. right out of school. I was on my own time. I
never had to go to an office. Just me in my company car
calling on doctors. What more could a kid ask for?

Well I loved it for about six months, but to be honest it
started to get dull. I wanted more out of life is the best way
I could describe it and I could see that the corporate world
wasn’t going to give it to me anytime fast.

So what did I do?

I started searching for other ways to make money and wealth.
Real estate was my first stop. I didn’t know anything about
it I just knew that people were making a lot of money doing
it and if they could do it so could I.

I bought books. I went to seminars and met a few key people
to hel me make it happen. But before I did anything I asked my
father what he thought.

He said, “Are you sure about this? It’s lots money and a lot
of risk.” I said yeah your right but I want to try.

So I did.

About six months later I bought a 4 unit apartment building
and I was off. Can I say it was a good decision?

Yes and yes. But it sucked.

To be brutally honest with you I learned more about life and
people during that first year than I have doing anything
else. A key example and lesson is if you’re in rental real
estate is don’t ever rent to a person who’s over eager to
get a place.

I did and it cost be big time. I rented to what I later
found out was a drug addict and he paid is rent one month
out of the four that he was there. By the time I evicted him
all the rehab I done to the unit was shot, burn holes in the
carpet and lots of other things I won’t even mention.

I went through the legal system for the first but not last
time due to my mistake. Today I still own the property and
have had several other mix up including having to get a broiler
for the building which cost me $6,000.00. That thing took me
brutal close to being broke, but I survived it.

Then about eight months after getting that building I was
out looking for more! I found a run down place in a not so
great neighborhood and before I bought it I consulted with
my father again.

I said “What do you think?”

It’s funny how we ask the right questions to the wrong
people and expect the right answer, but always get the wrong
one.

My father, a great man, but one who’s never dabbled in real
estate said. “I really don’t think you should do it.”

I asked “Why?”

Again he responded with risk oriented rational.

I’m the type of person who’s always got to prove I can do
it despite what THEY say.

I bought it. It was run down and I got a construction
company to come in and renovate it. The process took way
longer than expect. I think there was an eight month period
where I was paying the mortgage on the place and my rent in
my apartment. Things were tight.

During the renovations I had my second run in with the court
system. My soon to be neighbor had sued my for “alleged”
damages to her property. Which in the end proved false, but
to be honest we’re still going to court for it all.

During this mix I started experimenting with internet
marketing and network marketing going through my failure.
You know, paying lots of money calling leads and getting hung
up on and not having any success.

Yet something in me said pushed forward and I did.

Now looking back on it all I have two properties with over
$200,000 in equity and a thriving network marketing
organization, I’m the head internet marketing trainer for my
company, and I’ve spoken to live crowds on the topic of my
success.

Why do I tell you all this?

Just to display a couple things.

We tend to ask the right things to the wrong people and if
we are not careful and follow that advice it can stunt our
growth.

Second I tell you all this to simply say this . . .

“You gotta get your hands dirty!” if you wanna get anywhere
in your business. It’s NOT just going to magically happen.
It can happen faster if you do a few things right from the
start, but don’t expect a walk in the park.

My success has come and will continue to grow because I
personally have a deep seated NEED share what I know to help
people become financial independent and I WON’T stop until
my goals are achieved a thousand times over.

I have confidence, a belief in myself, and my abilities to
learn and grow at every step.

So here’s my question to you?

Are your desires for success in network marketing so strong
that nothing can stop you from achieving them or are you
playing the game of I hope it’s gonna happen?

Do you eat and sleep being better at your business in your
way because it means that much to you?

If you do no matter what the state of your business right
now I will guarantee you that you will meet with amazing
